Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. 

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. 

1. I, hereby authorize The Subway Portraits sole and exclusive rights to audio record and use recordings on websites and/or digital repositories managed by The Subway Portraits and its operator, Christina Baez. I also grant permission for audio recordings to be used, re-used, published, republished, and otherwise reproduce, modify, and display, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other information, and in conjunction with any copyrighted matter in any and all art or media now or hereafter in promotion of the website and/or digital repository, including but not limited to; podcasts, streaming, blogs, art, publicity, illustration, advertising, marketing, copyrighting, social media, printed media and Web content. 

2. I hereby irrevocably authorize The Subway Portraits to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this audio media for The Subway Portraits activities, publishing, events and functions or for any other lawful purpose. 

3. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished or unfinished product or any written copy that may be used in connection therewith now or in the future, whether that use is known or unknown to me. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of but not limited to audio recordings. 

4. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge The Subway Portraits and its operator, Christina Baez, from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. 

I am at least 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. I warrant that have read and fully understand the release before submitting any audio and intend this to be a binding instrument.
